We assemble modules and systems of high complexity and variance with short throughput times on an area of around 20,000m². This includes mechanical, process and electrical assembly, if necessary also in ESD-protected areas.
An essential feature for achieving maximum efficiency and adherence to schedules is the coordinated planning of the various production steps. Our production and assembly flexibly adapt to the ordering behavior of our customers. Our customers set the delivery date and thus the pace in the assembly and production areas. There are rolling capacity adjustments in all parts of the production process. This means, for example, that we slow down and reduce overtime at the beginning of the production chain, while at the same time overtime is worked at the end of the chain – and vice versa.
Our “factory that breathes” enables us to achieve a high degree of variance and assemble a wide variety of products with fast response times and the greatest adherence to deadlines. Systems and sub-systems which leave the factory premises of Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH are tested for features and functionalities agreed with our customers. To this end, Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH offers practical functional tests in addition to a series of documented and standardized quality tests. This means that all components are precisely matched to each other, and the systems produced by us are assembled and tested at the factory. They can be used and applied directly without further testing by our long-term customers.
