To shorten development time significantly, Deutsche Mechatronics uses a numerical simulation of flows and temperature distributions. By using fluidic and thermodynamic solutions we achieve - at tasks across all industries – functional improvements in the required processes with a flow-optimized geometry.

To estimate critical temperature distributions, hot and cold transmission and air ducts, the numerical simulation is used. At an early stage it enables stage the demand-oriented interpretation of blowers and fans for the thermal management of electrical and electronic components. Concepts, structures and components can thus be engineered as efficiently as possible in advance and before an expensive prototype is built.

This approach of Deutsche Mechatronics ensures results with optimized energy efficiency, among others in the case of hot air drying, IR drying, UV curing, process air supply and conditioning, refrigeration equipment, radiation and vacuum drying, virus inactivation and sterilization.
